We're available 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to accommodate your schedule. We understand that moving and cleanouts often need to happen outside traditional business hours, so we're here when you need us—including weekends and holidays.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, ever. We believe in transparent pricing. Your quote will include all costs, and we'll inform you upfront if there are any potential additional charges (such as for stairs, long carries, or special handling requirements). What we quote is what you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

Moving Services

Do you provide the moving truck?

We specialize in professional moving labor using your rental truck. You rent the truck from U-Haul, Penske, Budget, or another rental company, and we provide the expert muscle for loading and unloading. This model saves you money while still getting professional service.

Can you drive the rental truck for me?

Yes! In fact, most of our customers prefer this option. When you rent your truck, simply add our driver as an authorized operator. We'll handle the driving along with all the loading and unloading, giving you a completely hands-off moving experience at a fraction of the cost of traditional full-service movers.

Do you provide packing materials?

We bring furniture pads, dollies, and professional moving equipment. For boxes and packing supplies, we recommend purchasing these from your truck rental company or a local store. We can also provide recommendations on what you'll need based on your move.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during peak moving season (May-September). However, we understand that sometimes moves come up quickly, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings and even same-day requests when available.

Will you move items up/down stairs?

Yes! We handle moves involving stairs, whether it's a few steps or multiple flights. We have the experience and equipment to safely move items up and down stairs in homes, apartments, and commercial buildings throughout Columbia and South Carolina.

What items won't you move?

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials (chemicals, gasoline, propane tanks, paint), perishable food, plants, or pets. If you have questions about a specific item, just give us a call and we'll let you know if we can handle it.

Junk Removal

What items can you remove?

We can remove almost anything! This includes furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, and general household clutter. If you're unsure whether we can take something, just give us a call at (803) 347-2893 and ask.

What items won't you remove?

We cannot remove hazardous materials including chemicals, asbestos, paint, oil, gasoline, or other dangerous substances. We also don't handle biohazard waste. For these items, you'll need to contact a specialized disposal service.

Do you recycle or donate items?

Yes! We make every effort to recycle and donate items whenever possible. Usable furniture and household items are donated to local Columbia charities, and we recycle materials like metal and electronics responsibly. We believe in being good stewards of our community and environment.

Do I need to be present during junk removal?

While it's helpful if you can be present to point out what needs to be removed, it's not always necessary. We can work from a detailed list or photos if you can't be there. Just make sure we have access to the items that need to be hauled away.

Preparation & Planning

How should I prepare for moving day?

To ensure a smooth move: have all boxes packed and sealed, clear pathways to doors and staircases, disconnect and prepare appliances, reserve parking for the truck if needed, and separate items you don't want moved. We'll handle the rest!

How long will my move take?

What if I need to reschedule?
